Hi, my EMS screen has big red “X” and says EMS fail after Van’s latest update version 16.0.2, update seemed to be going fine system rebooted several times while updating, all seemed normal then got EMS fail, so no flying now until I get this sorted out and of course it’s Saturday so nobody home, any ideas, I had good voltage all during procedure and this is a Classic 10” SkyView.
Thanks, Stan

Stan have you tried reconfiguring the network? Not sure but this may be the same issue that some have experienced with network devices dropping offline after the update. The fix is to physically remove the device affected from the network reboot and reconfigure the network. Then power down replace the affected device and reboot then reconfigure the network. This fixed my knob panel disappearing problem it may just work for you.

Reconfiguring the network has been solving this.

The network says it “see’s” the EMS and it says it’s “successfully connected”. I did physically unplug the 2 large plugs on the EMS-220 but not the one that goes thru firewall, re booted SkyView and the re connected them and powered up again and it made no difference. I’m not sure how to run the “configuration process”, but I will now try to figure that out now ,any help in explaining this would be very helpful, I’ve been at this for 7 hours now and am running out of steam.
thanks, Stan
