Plane: RV8 - taildragger, tail down

While calibrating I set the capacity to 21 gallons and began filling 2 gallons at a time. After abut 10 gallons it read that no voltage change was noticed, did you really add 2 gallons - I said yes. Completed adding 2 gallons at a time until full and pushed add. When full I pushed the full button and it only shows 1/2 tank on the SV. Any suggestions? Is this normal that there would be no change after adding about 1/2 tanks? Thanks

If there was no voltage change, then the sensor had reached the highest point. You might try re-calculating the fuel with the plane in level (non-tail-down) flight like attitude.

"did you really add 2 gallons", I got that message after every 2 gallons. The voltage change was so small, like 1.05 to 1.09, it didn't think I had added any fuel.

I am still fusing through the set up. I still believe I have bad compacitance converters or something because the sensor voltage will jump from 1ish to 4.99, and shows FULL all the time.

See upper right for current sensor voltage, 4.99

but when I calibrated is was in the 1.00 area.  So it now shows FULL all the time.  My troubleshooting has led me to below the converter is bad.

see my other updated post on this subject.
