screenshots while using plates and diagrams?

Can screenshots be taken while using the new approach plates or airport diagrams? Just wondering if the USB can multitask. I know there is an issue with screenshots to a full USB causing the screen to freeze.

Yes, screenshots still work with chart data drive installed. The drive is not even close to being full. I used the same drive to update the system software to 7.0.
