Man what a clunky service. It takes forever to update two usb drives.
Everything seems to update. Green ballons everywhere except...
I cannot update Approach Plates and Airport Diagrams.
Red ballon next to Decice E: Exp. N/A
I assume that's an error on the usb but can't find anything to help.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the wonderful world of SA. One of the worst pieces of software I've seen for aerospace, or even lowly GA, users.

Don't worry...they got bought out and I still predict DM will slowly die as they drop all support for it in favor of more lucrative ventures.

I had the same slow issue until I purchased new SanDisk USB thumb drives now much faster.

The USB stick may sometimes be an issue, but it's only a small part. Overall, it's a POS tool and always has been. Amateurish, buggy, slow, horrible UI...

Other than that, though, it's great!

Use USB sticks no larger than 32GB, must have FAT32 formatting.
