Sender locations

Hello,
Just starting the install of a flightdek unit in an RV7. Any good sites or advise as to remote compass location, oat sender location?

In RV's, a generic good location for the magnetometer is behind the baggage compartment bulkhead, and a good location for the OAT is out under the horizontal stabilizer sticking out the side of the airplane. The wing also works well for the EDC and OAT, but make sure to keep the EDC away from any moving steel parts, landing lights or other high current devices.
