Servo fail

Recently I've installed an autopilot in a Tecnam P2002 of one of my cllients. First, I've done the servo calibration and all work fine. I don't know what the owner make but now the roll servo don't have enough strength to move the ailerons.
I've dismantled the servo and I can see that it's capable to move but I can stop the servo with my fingers. In the setup page, the servo torque is 100%

That sounds like the shear screw may be broken. Please contact our support team at 425-402-0433 or at support at dynonavionics for more help with this.

No. The shear screw is not broken. All seems correct but a minimum force can stop the servo
