Does  the   autopilot system have a default setting?
If it has default setting how it's done or set? and what are the parameters that can be calibrate

Because the Dynon AP is fitted to a wide variety of aircraft, wide variety of control linkages, etc., the Dynon AP does not have "defaults" of the type you're referring to. During the installation process, the servos are "taught" their installation positions (pitch or roll, how much throw there is available, etc.) and then the AP is "tuned" in flight using a number of parameters to optimize the AP performance for the particular aircraft.

The installation process and the tuning procedures are described in detail in the relevant Installation manual - EFIS-D10A / EFIS-D100 / FlightDEK-D180 / SkyView.
