I have been able to edit, move, and remove, many of the items on the EMS pages. However, there seems to be no way to access those about times Gallons Range, Tach, Hobbs, the one that looks like ----% and the UND. The UND and the ----% have the big X and I have not been able to determine why that is or what to do about it.

When you're in the layout editor, all of the textual info items are under the INFO button, not the SENSORS button. the --% one is percent power, and the UND one is one of either the auto ROP/LOP or horsepower widget. Those will only work when the engine is running, and only if you have a Lycoming/Continental with ALL of the things that you need for % power working and available, which includes all of the following. If you have a Rotax, just remove those items - there's not enough data available from Rotax to do a good % power calculation.

For % power:

Barometric altitude (from an SV-ADAHRS-20X) must be present.
EMS SETUP > ENGINE INFORMATION > ENGINE TYPE must be set to
Lycoming/Continental. Percent power calculations are not available for other engine
types at this time.
EMS SETUP > ENGINE INFORMATION > HORSEPOWER must be set.
OAT sensor installed / working.
Fuel flow sensor must be installed and configured.
MAP sensor must be installed and configured.
