Nope, it was just those couple of days and just Dynon. Not a total expert, but I do have some small expertise with ISPs (having designed and helped to deliver the customer self-installation program for a major ISP).
Doesn't mean it was them, though - I've seen cases where some ISP routes certain traffic through a slow router, etc., and a myriad of other factors we cannot control. Still, never hurts to ask them to do general maintenance tasks and but THEIR ISP to keep things moving.
