When I upgraded my dual networked Skyview D700 systems from version 4.01 to 5.1, just as I did from 3.2 to 4.01, both my ADAHR & Transponder failed to come up after reboot. The system reported a warning of their not being current. When I look at the network status, it showed that the Dynon is at Ver 5.1 and both the ADAHR & the Transponder are reporting yellow with version 5.0. My attempt to force a network upgrade failed to upgrade either to Ver 5.1.
The only thing my Internet T/S research turned up was a general forum thread "ADAHRS not current". But it ended with a suggestion to call the support desk.
Any recommendations on how to update the ADAHRS & Transponder OR roll back my two D700s to ver 5.0 or earlier? Or do I need to call the support desk?
MY AIRCRAFT SETUP
* A SeaRey LSX with a ROTAX 914
* Network pair of Skyview D700s
* single ADAHRS
* a single transponder
* A Garmin 696 serving as its GPS feed.
This is a real bummer, because I was upgrading to Ver 5.X to 1) more thoroughly capture my airplane's stall flight parameters and to calibrate the system to make use of the Dynon AOA feature (i have a Dynon AOA pitot tube). Now I am grounded until fixed. and 2) to see if would resolve a loss of ACARS reporting when it loss its Garmin GPS lock.
