Has anyone connected the Audio Out from the Skyview to a Garmin GMA 340? What pins on the Garmin GMA 340 did you connect to? Here is what I am thinking, but want to make sure that it is correct.

Skyview D37 Pin Garmin GMA340 J2 Pin
Pin 13 - Audio Out Left Pin 26 - Music 2 Left In
Pin 31 - Audio Out Right Pin 27 - Music 2 Right In

Thank you...

That would work, but those pins will give you a muted input. If a radio call is being received, you won't hear the Skyview audio input. It really doesn't require a stereo input to the Garmin from the Skyview. Might be better to tie the Skyview pins 13 & 31 together and connect to pin 31 on J1 (Altitude warning input) or pin 44 on J1 (Telephone audio). They aren't muted inputs, so if the audio from Skyview is an alarm of some sort, you will still hear it in your headset even if something else is being received. Just my humble opinion, but support may chime in differently.

I have the same setup. I connected the SV-1000 audio out to the -340 ADF port. Works fine after several years. Dan from Reno

FWIW: I connected SkyView pins 13 & 31 together and then to the GMA-340 unswitched input (Pin 44). It works great.

SV 13 and 31 tied together, then that to pin 31 on the 340; SV pin 30 to 340 pin 32.

That per Steinair, and works great.

Note that pins 31/32 on the 340 are *unswitched*. I believe pins 43/44 (telephone audio) are switched.
