Skyview clasic does not boot

Dear friends,

I have a problem with my Skyview, when I turn on the power, the Dynon logo appears but most of the times it disappears and appears again, and nothing else happens. I have to turned off and on several times and eventually the Skyview boots. I was running an old version software, so I updated to 16.2.4, but the behavior is the same, your help please.

Hi,
Do you have a USB drive connected/inserted in the SkyView? If so, please consider trying to power it on without the USB connected. Since the screen eventually does boot up, it is unlikely the issue, but some higher capacity USB drives cause the boot up process to fail.

Hi, I worked with the USB drive disconnect normally but when the problem started I tried connecting the original USB, but nothing changed, sometimes boot up, sometimes no.
