dual skyview 7 " ems dual adhrs, dual gps 250,
flying back from lunch, map goes crazy then blank, pfd tilts out and fails. no ems etc.
Reloaded software on th eground, but still no map.
what could this be? :'(
If you were just having map problems, I would ask you what exactly you're seeing on the map page (particularly what the aircraft icon is doing in the middle of the display). But, since there seems to be more going on here, I'd rather you have a conversation with our tech support staff so they can get a better idea of what you saw and what might be going on. Give them a call at 425-402-0433.
Long story short,sent gps units to Dynon. call from Dynon support, BOTH gps pucks not functioning per test. This explains the loss of the map and synthetic vision. I appreciate their help on thi smatter
