Skyview failure

Hi I have a new skyview 10 inch display( 6 weeks old and had worked well until now)which will not boot-up completely.
It goes through the usual bootup procedure but will not move on the the final screen and display usual functions ie PFD, EMIS MAP.
Can you offer suggestions?

Try the 3-finger reboot trick.

Simultaneously press the left two buttons while also pressing the 5th button (1,2 & 5 all together). This initiates a reboot sequence.

Do you have the external backup battery connected? If so, does disconnecting it change the behavior? In any case, give our tech support staff a call at 425-402-0433 for some personal assistance with your issue.
