Skyview panel failure

After downloading new Skyview SW we experience regular panel failures of the type shown in the attached image: the display washes out and becomes unresponsive.

We run 2 Skyview D1000 with SW 14_1_0_3674 and both panels are below the famous "serial 6000" limit.

We sent several mails with details to support(@)dynonavionics.com but could not get any help, so we have to address to this forum.

This is a hardware failure of the display and it will need to be returned to Dynon Avionics for repair. Please contact Dynon Avionics Technical Support - support AT dynonavionics DOT com.
