Learned a lesson about browser cache from this. I've been looking for the manual update since before the software release. Until I hit the refresh button it still came up as v3.1 current. If I hadn't asked the question on FORUM I probably never would have seen it.

On Page 4-17 under HSI Source, the Paragraph is not complete concerning the STBY Freq displays on the Skyview and the SL 30. This is the September 2011 revision for Firmware 3.2
