Skyview screen problem

Hi

just powered up my freshly installed Skyview 7inch system for the first time and the screen seems to be "zoomed in" towards the top left corner, some of the information on the right and bottom of the screen are missing (i.e. you can't see the menu bar in the bottom, and the red failure crosses arent centered)

First EFIS so im still going thru the manual, but this doesn't seem to be normal, is it?

You are correct that this is not normal!

We've had this issue with a few 7" units on older software. Please give our support team a call or email and we can tell you how to fix it (it doesn't need to come back to Dynon). Just updating the software won't fix it, but newer software will prevent it from happening again.

You need to call us or send us an email.

As I said earlier, "Just updating the software won't fix it, but newer software will prevent it from happening again."

You need to get instructions from us, and then it will be fixed.
