SkyView sometimes blocks

During start-up, sometimes it happens that it blocks before loading the PFD screen.
On the top of the black layer, a white writing appears, stating something that sounds: "No current data card inserted. Etc...".
There is no apparent way to reset or switch it down. I had to disconnect the battery backup cable. I am worried of this, because when I will rivet the top skin, I will have no longer access to the battery backup unit.
I did not upgrade the firmware, yet.

You can force a power off on a stuck system by pressing buttons 1,2, and 5 at the same time.

Is Skyview supposed to remain powered down when you use buttons 1,2 and 5?

Every time I do this on either of my two screens, the screen will immediately power back up when I release the buttons.

Yes, it is supposed to turn back on. It's a full hardware reset, and since you have master power hooked to it, that looks like you just turned the master on. It has no way to know if it just rebooted because it just got power or got rebooted.

If you were running off battery, it would not come back on, since we don't boot when you plug in the battery.

Ok. I knew the 1+2 button solution but did not work.
I will use the 1+2+5 solution.
