I recently upgraded from a GNS400W to an IFD440. Skyview Touch, Arinc 429 module, Dynon xpdr, autopilot, ads/b units. Trying to dial in the ARINC settings so everything is talking correctly. Everything seems to be working regarding communication between the IFD and the Skyview, but the IFD keeps popping invalid 429 data messages every once in a while. Does anyone know the correct configs for both the Skyview and IFD arinc interfaces? I'm only driving gps/nav from the IFD - don't have remote tuning.
I think I've tried about every flavor of ARINC setting in the IFD, but I'm still getting periodic errors.
Any help would be appreciated.
