SOFTWARE MISMATCH

I updated my system today and the update on the 10” display went well. When I tried to update the 7” display, it did not seem to load the same way (different database messages) and then I got a ‘Software Mismatch’ error. I am also getting ADAHRS, EMS, and GPS offline. Tech support isn’t open. Does anyone have a recommendation for troubleshooting? Thanks in advance for any help!

The procedure i used to do it was to do the software load on my 10” with the 7” turned off. once the load of the new software is complete you will have to update all the individual components in the system and if you go to the network page you will see an update prompt. Once that is done turn off the 10” and turn on the other screen. Ignore any messages that come up and go to the update page And perform the update. The messages should go away after it has completed. Each unit on the system needs to be at the same software level to work together and this is why you are getting the message.

That is very interesting. I’ve never had to do it way before. If need be, I will definitely try it. The network Config page says that the software already in place is newer than what I am trying to install. Thanks!
