Any info regarding when you'll have an update for the Certified group 16block. Lot of interesting updates in this one.

It's due to ship with the Bonanza A36 update. That's taken a bit longer than we planned, but it's tied to that.

And when will that be? By the way - tying the certified code upgrade to Dynon supporting the Bonanza A36 is a really crappy. The rest of the certified users should not be tied to Dynon getting around to supporting the A36.

The A36 is the first one to use an external 3rd-party trim motor that requires an amplifier device for the control surfaces, which would enable auto-trim for a whole pile of airplanes that already have the autopilot installed but don't have the autotrim. It's been in process for quite some time, and software updates are a bit of a big project - especially in the certified world. Fewer is better. I've been impatiently awaiting the A36 release since fall last year, but I didn't have the idea until now that perhaps insulting them would hurry them up. Will that really work, do you think?

Please point out where I insulted them. So it’s your contention that my thinking that holding the rest of their customers hostage to the A36 is a really crappy way of treating their customer is some how insulting them? So in your world if you point out poor customer experience it is insulting? I get this works for you because you are a A36 owner - so for you it’s peachy. But it’s not right to hold up an update for their entire certified customer base. Especially when they have not even released the latest updates to the 15 base code for the certified version. (That means bug fixes by the way, not just new features) Again I get your take - you want it for A36 - but I doubt you would be ok with it if you were not. And again show me where I insulted them - cause it is a crappy way to treat their customers, and pointing that out (rather you agree with it or not) is not insulting them.

You went way off in the weeds on this one - I do not own an A36, nor will I ever own one. I own both experimental and certified airplanes, but not an A36.
