Sorry but v3.0 MAP option's confusing me

I've installed v3.0 on both 7" screens but have not flown with it yet. Will the 30 HRS TRIAL REMAINING screen disappear in flight?

If I DO NOT pay the $500 what happens to the current view I see on the MAP page? The MAP option will disappear from the soft keys? The MAP screen  goes dark? It remains as is but the data it presents cannot be updated? Something else like the data won't update and the DTO function is no longer useable?http://dynonavionics.com/public_html/yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/default/embarassed.gif

Are :-[ there any other features or goodies we now enjoy that will be lost if don't pay the $500?

You must accept the trial mode, by going to the "MAP" button then pressing ACCEPT. This will clear the message on all screens. It will not do it automatically at any point.

If you don't pay for the map license, the aviation and obstacle databases stop being used, no matter how old or up to date they are. This means that nowhere in the system can you see airports, airspace, runways, towers, etc, including on SynVis. You still have the map page, but all that will be shown is the terrain map.

The map button on the main menu list will also disappear.

One other thing - if the timer expires during a flight, the trial will continue to work through the duration of that flight.
