Speed problem on serial link when upgrade firmware

Hi all,

I tried to upgrade the friend' D10-A (without EDC but with internal battery) this afternoon.
I have done that for my D10-A without any problem (without EDC and without internal battery).

The problem is that the backup operation took 2 hours !!!!

After the backup I did a control of data flow with hyperterminal and that was OK at 115.200 Bauds ...
