Stability Assistance

With Big G bringing out their Electronic Stability Program to the G3X I'd love it for Dynon to follow suit.

I've been a Dynon convert since they first bought out the D10 back over a decade ago, and have a SkyView system in my -9A, but if I were making the decision to install my panel today Garmin's ESP would convert me in a heartbeat. The safety gains from such a system outweigh any potential negatives from their system over Dynon -which is a pity as Ireckon it was Dynon that forced Garmin into the Experimental market in the first place.

Reckon we can get enough support to convince Dynon to follow suit with their own version of ESP?

Dynon does have a "Level" function on their Autopilot and it works well.

I have it as a button on my Torsten Stick Grip, push the button and let go of everything and it comes back to level flight.

I guess automating that procedure so it is "always on" might have advantages in some small way, but it also seems to me that if you want automatic control an autopilot gives you that, and if you want help, the level button does that on request, regardless of whether the auto-pilot is engaged or not.

What might I be missing here?
