There is no way to do this. Gauges "power" senders (EMS or steam gauges) so they will interfere with one another. Additionally, this isn't a backup since the sender is a single point of failure, as well as the fact that a failed gauge can mess with the signal.
The only way to do this is to install multiple senders.
