Is there a minimium distance between a Whelen strobe cable and ADAHS or AHARS DASB cable that must be observed?

Same answer to your other question (http://dynonavionics.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1360453835/0#0), plus - the ADARHS senses magnetic heading, so, if you're right up against the ADAHRS with your cable, you might see a pulsing of the heading when the strobe fires. Those effects wouldn't likely be as great as a higher powered device or a piece of magnetized material, but, as we say in the installation manual, "Dynon’s general rule of thumb is that 1 to 2 feet between the module and sources of magnetic fields is generally good enough, but 2 or more feet is better", but you can experiment with closer. Your mileage may vary.

I can hear my strobes now that I have audio alert working on the skyview.
If you are still build I would look at LEDs.
As far as distance, all I can say is as far away as possible.
