Just hooked up my oil and coolant sensors, the aircraft has been inside climate controlled garage, not run for weeks. Why do I have such a temp variation?

Don:

You're referring to the difference in temp of 12 degrees between oil and coolant... "such a temp variation"? We'd have to know a little bit more about what sensors they are, how they're connected, etc. to attempt an answer. The difference in temp could well be within the tolerance of the individual sensors.

They are two of three I bought from Dynon, your part number is 100409-000, stamped on the sensors is:  020-17.  I found the problem, I had failed to input the proper sensor on the oil temp, it still had the old Rotax sensor showing. Pretty darned accurate I would say since we keep our thermostat set on 76!
