I have made a bracket for mounting my SV-32 servo.
In order to mount it I have to pass the activation arm thru the face
of the bracket. Is the arm removable? If so it would require a much
smaller hole. Otherwise it will be larger than 1" diameter.
What is the suggested route?
I see the capstan servo is removable but find no mention w/rsp to this
servo.

Yes, it is. Use the instructions for the shear screw service bulletin, but do not actually remove/replace the actual shear screw, obvously:

So far so good.  I did as per instructions.  Removed the cotter pin, castellated nut, and both washers.  The arm is still firmly attached and did not appear willing to come off with finger pressure at first. It does come off leaving the 1 inch collar beneath still attached to the servo shaft. The shear pin remains with the collar as the arm is installed over this pin. I understand it now. Thanks.
