SV-COM panel LCD backlight intermittent

My Dynon SV-COM panel LCD backlight goes bright dim intermittently . COM works good and button backlighting also working OK.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

It should track with SkyView's brightness, which itself can automatically dim in response to ambient light, or you can tune it manually. Does this happen quickly or over a longer period of time? Is it "flickering" in a broken way or reacting to ambient light conditions is what we're really trying to get at. Does it change quickly enough that you can shoot us a video at support at dynonavionics dot com?

It happens about one time in ten minute intermittently.It is not reacting to ambient light conditions.It will go from a normal backlight to dim for 20 or 30 sec then back to normal. I will try to get a video

In the video at 20 sec you will see LCD backlight flicker,
At 45 sec full bright,
At 50 sec full dim or off for a bit than full bright.

This is an update on my SV-COM LCD backlight intermittent issue. I sent my SV-COM head back to Dynon and it was repaired under warranty with a three day turnaround.
