I'm just getting into the wiring and confirming the pin outs of my SV D-37 cable. On the drawing that Stein made for me, it shows the SV d-37 pins 13, 30, & 31, BRN, BLK, & GRY go to the INT D-25 pins 19, 20, & 6, BRN, BLK, & ORN respectively. On the D37 end, they are physically a twisted trio. On the Intercom end, the drawing shows the BRN and ORN to be twisted together and the BLK to be twisted to the WHT #5 pin. However, on the D37 end, the WHT is physically twisted to the violet #25. Question #1) Is the GRY to ORN color change a typo? #2) Do I un-twist the all the wires at the D37 end and retwist them as shown on the intercom end? #3) What the the violet #25 connected to?

The wire colors on the SV-HARNESS-D37 are per Dynon.
The wire colors on the SV-INTERCOM-2S harness are per whoever builds the harness - Dynon does not currently manufacture a harness for the SV-INTERCOM-2S, so there are no Dynon-assigned colors for the various pins / signals.

To minimize confusion about wire colors, I'll just stick to pin numbers here:
SV-HARNESS-D37 to SV-INTERCOM-2S
Pin 13 to Pin 19 (SkyView Audio Left to SkyView Audio Left)
Pin 31 to Pin 6 (SkyView Audio Right to SkyView Audio Right)
Pin 30 to Pin 20 (SkyView Audio Ground to SkyView Audio Ground)
Pin 26 to Pin 5 (SkyView DIM output to LED Dimming Control)

1. See above - you'll have to ask Stein, as they created the SV-INTERCOM-2S harness.
2. You can untwist them as much as necessary at the SV-INTERCOM-2S end.
3. On the SV-HARNESS-D37, Pin 25 (Violet) is DIM INPUT, and thus unused. You can coil it up at the SV-HARNESS-D37, de-pin it, or cut it off. If you cut it off or just coil it up, cap it with heat shrink tubing so it cannot short out.
