SV-D700 Start up problem

Hi,

I bought a SV-D700 recently, I have installed it but when it started up, shows the attached screen, approximately 40 seconds later it turns off.

Please some advice.

Are you using the display'ss backup battery or is it receiving ship's power?

I am using the airplane power through the original harness, but the backup battery is also connected.

Try disconnecting the backup battery. Does that change anything? Also, how many times have you been through this cycle attempting to get it started?

Ok, I'm going to try. I tried to start up at least 4 times.

Yes, without the backup battery it started up, thank you.
