SV-INTERCOM-2S (in an Open Cockpit Aircraft)

In open cockpit aircraft I have owned, I have used the PS Engineering PM1200 intercom designed for high noise environments. I have run them with Push to Intercom buttons on the stick along with mic muffs. The system works pretty well.

Can anyone comment on use of the SV-INTERCOM-2S for use in an open cockpit aircraft?
