SV-OAT-340 Wiring

I am planning my install. SV-ADAHRS-200 is in the fuse. I would like to put the SC-OAT-340 under the wing. Distance is much longer than the supplied 10' cable.
Can I splice in a length of cable?
Are there max length concerns?
What specifications?
Does Dynon sell the wire?

Simple, just splice in 2 x 22awg & twist them - I use a battery drill to do the twisting [ch128521]
Ps length does not matter for our sized aircraft.
