Today my SV1000T suddenly went dark during a cross country flight. It automatically rebooted after a while and everything seemd normal. But then I noticed that a user input on ANY of the physical keys immediately crashed the unit again. This happened multiple times. Any inputs on the rotaries had no effect at all but did neither crash the system. User Inputs on the touch display worked normally.
After landing I did more trouble shooting and removed the USB sticks, but the problem still exists.
I have to admit that I felt very uncomfortable by this situation as this happened the first time to me. The unit has served me well for over 6 years.
Needless to say that I very much appreciate any ideas, hints or comments to this post.
