Swapped SkyView Classic for HDX. Used to have aural and a good green, yellow red indication on panel. Since the swap no aural. Did a stall series to recalibrate, now solid red on screen, no yellow or red. Suggestions…?

I have the same issue. But mine was a complete new install. Has been 2 years and have not resolved the no AOA audio tones. The visual bars works. I have done a series of troubleshooting with tech support and still no good results..

Mmm. Interesting. Have you guys dug into the settings in you HDX menu.? Specifically the alert settings values for AOA.
If you do a search i believe on this site. You can find settings that seem to have worked for aoa

. Thought that if I did more it would be better, not so. I did two series of stalls, clean half, full And ended up with solid red on screen. Went back and just followed the on screen instructions, one clean stall, recover and push stall button. Now I have the red, yellow and green back on screen. But no aural.

Received this from Dynon

Jeff,
Lower the starting percentage way down to see if audio works. I suspect the AOA percentage is never getting high enough to start the audio tones.
You can export the user logs and email them to me and I can verify that.

I think I have the visual AOA back on the PFD on res, yellow and green. However, still no audio that was there with Skyview Classic. I have gone to settings and have it set to start at 85% and solid at 95%. I'm assuming that is 85 and 95% of stall.
Previously I had done a stall series of clean, partial and full flaps. This time I just followed the on screen instructions and did one clean stall, recover and then push the stall button.

I have not lower the percentage of my values but still no audio. I tried the same values as Jeff and also tried everything at the highest levels
No joy

With respect - 'the man' (Don) said "Lower the starting percentage way down to see if audio works" - at least do that first.

With even more respect, I haven’t gotten to fly my airplane since that post was up. Los Angeles are full of TFRs and it’s just not a good time. My intentions to say was I have done all of the above except lowering. If you not going to be helpful it’s better not to say anything.

My apologies, IMO it wasn’t clear enough about your situation- it appeared to me that you moved on to another solution rather than do the simple task.😔
No worries…. No no I will definitely try that recommendation. At this point I will try anything. I have done a lot of troubleshooting with Dynon but was never told to lower numbers.
