The book says to try to get the ADAHRS within 1° of level on each of the three axes and to do the same with the MAG-236. I can handle the ADHRS but the MAG is stuck in a carbon fiber wing and extremely awkward to access and manipulate. No way can I get a level in there. How do I know it agrees with the ADAHRS? What indicators show so I can try to adjust? I don't see any procedures or hints in the manuals or forums.

If you do the best you can (without going crazy), especially with the mag (which you calibrate after the fact anyway), you should be OK. There isn't really an on-EFIS indicator that you can use to compare, since the magnetometer doesn't have attitude sensors, and the magnetic sensors by themselves aren't accurate enough to give you pitch/roll by themselves.
