Gents, in reading over my documentation (haven't begun installation yet--just now getting to wiring diagram and instrument selection in my RV-9A), it appears as though I need a Tachometer Transducer to utilize the Tach on the FlightDEK 180. No problem--found one in the VAn's catalog.

However, the Dynon documentation also says that I need a transducer in order to utilize the flap position indicator as well--CANNOT find one of those in the Van's catalog.

Where would I get one of these items?

You don't neccesarily need that transducer for tach, though you can opt to use it. Most folks opt to grab the pulse that's on the mag p-leads.

Ray Allen makes a linear potentiometer which we hear works well for flap indication.
