Tachometer Sender

I wonder if you are familiar with the UMA tacho sender for Bendix magneto's part number 1A9-2 ?  (it is TSO'd)

It screws into the body of the magneto, has an input for voltage 5-24 volts DC, a wire for the instrument and one to earth.

Will this sender be suitable for use with my EMS D10 ?

Sorry, we're not familiar with that sender, but it will probably work.

The EMS needs to see a signal that goes below 3V and above 10V to sense RPM. I'm guessing that the UMA sender goes between ground and whatever your input voltage is, so this would work. If it goes between ground and 5V, it won't work.

If you have any more details on the sender we can probably help more.
