Tech support on the weekend

Does anyone know if one can obtain a return authorization during the weekend? My new Dynon D10A went to the blinking blue screen when I attempted to upgrade to 5.1.1 firmware. I am unable to reload 5.0. I pulled the internal battery and removed all power with luck. I would like to get it in the mail ASAP in hope that i can get it back by next weekend.

Sorry we didn't get to this earlier, since it's probably too late for you to ship now.

We don't have anyone that can give an RMA on the weekends, but if you are 100% sure it's broken, you could overnight it to us and call us first thing Monday so we know what is up with it when it arrives. If you don't call though, it will just sit until you do since we'll have no idea what the issue is, and boxes without RMAs printed on them can sit longer.

We ship back the same way you ship to us, so if you overnight it on Monday, we'll have a few days to get it back to you for the weekend. We can't promise that quick of a turnaround, but we'll sure try.
