It was nearly 90 deg. today and my airplane sat out and got heatsoaked. I got an out of temp spec warning. What temp does that warning come on at? Is it damaging the unit? Where should I blow the cooling air duct?

The temp limit is up there, around 130 degrees F. It's not a exact number due to the way we calibrate.

It's not harming the unit, but our calibration doesn't go that high, so we warn you the attitude might be off a bit.

Any cooling you do should be to the general area of the unit. A direct breeze on a small spot of the unit will cause a cool spot and this isn't great for calibration performance. Just try and get some more air under the panel in general.
