Three questions with D 180

I am setting up my D-180 and have three questions:
1. How do I move the carb heat readout to the main page?
2. When I enter the engine time it does not stay. Hobbs times does stay.
3. When I enter the clock time the Zulu time self populates but incorrectly. The two times are linked - if I change one time so does the other. How to set each one separately or at least establish the proper offset?

1. EMS SETUP > GLOBAL > INFO ITEM CONFIG. Info items 1 and 2 are on the rightmost part of the main page.
2. I want to make sure we're talking about the right things here. Which EXACT menu item are you talking about programming?
3. EFIS SETUP > CLOCK, then change the "LOCAL" side only.
