Traffic feature

In addition to two 10' SkyViews in my new WT9 Dynamic to be completed in June, I'm considering to add a traffic watch or PCAS device such as the ones from Monroy and Zaon. On the future features list, you mention traffic will be available at some point. Will this have features similar to the mentioned products?

I don't think they've been completely specific yet, but my suggestion is that it should "consume" the ADS-B and other Mode S traffic information since that will be available "for free" in the U.S. to folks with a Mode S transponder.

We will definitely endeavor to maximize compatibility with other products. Devices with nicely-packaged serial data, like the Zaon, will likely be supported (no promises). As for whether or not we'll have any of our own hardware, there are no specific plans, so anything may or may not happen.
