Jim,
We have been in touch with CASA pretty continuously over the last few years and have not heard of any issues with our transponder. However, we're a US company and thus a lot more experienced with FAA terminology and rules. Can you please point us to something that more fully describes your question and situation so we can answer it accurately?

Jim,
Simple answer is yes the SV Transponder meets the requirements if installed correctly & pass AD/RAD/43/47 - I've installed many of these & call give more info if needed, just pm me ;)

We are shipping a Phoenix to Australia with the Skyview installed at the factory. Tha Australian customer wants to make sure that the Skyview transponder is approved for use in Australia. Jake, if we need your help, where are you located and how do we reach you?
Thanks!
