Trouble with Download

I have downloaded the support program as well as the latest operating program for my D10, but I cannot open the operating program. It has a .efs extension that I looked up on the web and tried clicking on a link listed as esnsoniq sq80 but that would not open up. Any suggestions?

Hi Jeff,

Have you installed the Dynon Product Support Program? If you have, you should see an icon on your desktop as well as a section in your Start>Program Files>Dynon Avionics. Launch that program and select your product (EFIS-D10 or EFIS-D10A) from the first drop-down list. Then, select the action you want to perform; in your case, this is "Upload new software." Then, click on "Go". This will bring up a window where you need to navigate to the .efs file and select it. The program will then prompt you to answer a few questions, and you should be on your way.

Let us know if any of that doesn't make sense or you have any further issues.

Thanks for the prompt reply.  Things are working just fine.  I was trying to make it more difficult than it needs to be!   :
