Hi to everybody from Ecuador,
This is my first time posting but I have gained much insight from the discussions here.

I have a Skyview 700 and use it with my Rotax 914 and have the following issue with the VDO 360043 Fuel Pressure Sensor.
When I accelerate (e.a. take off run) before the turbocharger reaches full manifold pressure (takes about 6 to 8 sec.) the fuel pressure display skyrockets and shows about 7psi (5.8psi beeing the upper limit). It stabilizes at 4psi once the turbocharger catches up. Engine is running fine, it just seems it is the turbo lag causing a momentary pressure differential.
Is there any compensation for this differential that can be set up on the Skyview?
Does anyone have experience with the UMA NIEU007D pressure sensor? A friend has it on a steam gauge and it doesn't show this behavior (Rotax 914 as well).
From what firmware version can the UMA sensor be used with the Skyview?

Thanks in advance for all your input and happy flying.

In SENSOR INPUT MAPPING, if the pin you connected the NIEU007D sensor to showed the NIEU007D as an option, then the version of SkyView currently installed supports it. If that pin is configured to some other type of sensor, the displayed fuel pressure won't be valid.

There's no specific support in SkyView for using the NIEU007D as a differential pressure sensor; for that sensor, SkyView will only display fuel pressure as compared to ambient.
