Unlock some blocked features on EASA certified AC

Hello everyone,
our flying school recently bought a brand new CTLS aircraft (EASA certified) equiped with Skyview HDX. Unfortunately, some features are locked, such as weight and balance, checklists, audio alert volume management, etc. The manufacturer doesn't seem willing to answer us on this subject.
Does anyone of you know how to unlock these features?

Unfortunately, the only way to get those unlocked is through the manufacturer, and they may be unwilling.
