Update d100 to SuperBright

Dear all,
I have a D100 EFIS. I was wondering if it make sense to upgrade my 9 years old d100 to SuperBright Or if would make sense to update to a new Skyview instead.
What would be the advantages of moving to Skyview ?
IF anyone is aware of rebate for the move, please let me know.

We can still do the superbright upgrade. However, note that in addition to the upgrade cost ($400), we'll sometimes charge an $250 out-of-warranty repair fee on older EFIS-D100 units, depending on the condition of the product. Whereas your EFIS-D100 is a very capable primary flight display and autopilot, SkyView can do - well - just about everything. Here is a page that has a fairly concise listing of our SkyView products' capabilities. Currently, there isn't a rebate program in effect for D100 series upgrades to SkyView, but we've done them a couple of times in the last few years.
