Update Only One SV Of Dual SV System???

I will be running a dual SV system and I have read a bunch of "this just started after the last update" posts so I was wondering...

If an update can cause an issue is it possible to only update one of the two systems and then fly a couple of flights and then if all goes well then update the second system?

Nope. You should get red X on the out of date screen until you update it. In terms of abnormal behavior with new updates. I do understand. Like an iPhone update, often it's best to wait until you hear from others that everything is ok.

That is why I wait at least 3 months before I upgrade the software on ANY computer device.
