We have a Dynon 1000. I'm following the instructions in the guide book buy cannot update my firmware. I go to the upgrade system wizard and follow the steps, but cannot get to upgrade system software. What am I doing wrong? Cannot get to question Are you Sure? And press Update. Any help greatly appreciated.

Just so we're clear, is this SkyView or an EFIS-D100? Can you describe in detail the steps you're taking?
Updating Firmware. Yes this is SkyView. We go to the Upgrade System Software Wizard Setup Menu - System Software - Upgrade System Software. I cannot get anywhere from there. The screen should ask Are you sure? And the button should be highlighted Update. Thank you
So is the "Upgrade System Software" option grayed out? If so, then SkyView is not seeing a valid software update on the memory stick.
