There you go, I'm posting this for a desperate friend.
he did a backup of his 10A (sitting there the last 5 years when building) then requested the Version, still looked good, then started an update to 5.3 where in seconds he got a message, that communication to bank/chip2 failed and since then he has the yellow screen.
Any communication via serial (we've tried 2 Laptops) fails after a while with the message that there is no Dynon on serial x.
What is the next step, as the D10A can't be powered off with the standard button, however we could let the internal battery running low so it would switch off?
Update: disconnected the battery to shut down, switched on and it came back, however trying to upload ended with the same message.
In Addition: the 10A had developed a "lean" on the horizon to one side as it was not used for long time but it became better recently when it was switch on for longer periods of time.
Dynon, what should we do next or is there a forced power shutdown (currently running on external power)
Would appreciate any help!
Thanks a lot
Werner
